The PalletLab software runs on the user's own computer. Working data (models, quotes, customers, prices) stays on that computer and is not hosted by the publisher.

Intellectual property

All elements of the website and the software (text, visuals, 3D renders, code, the PalletLab trademark and its logo) are the exclusive property of the publisher and protected by intellectual property and trademark law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or reuse of these elements, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of the publisher, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement.

The software is provided under a user licence, as a trial version and then by subscription. Using it grants no rights over the code or the trademark.

Personal data and cookies

The website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. The access request form, the access codes issued to testers and the reports sent from the software involve personal data processing described in the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

PalletLab is under development. The calculations, costings and documents produced by the software are provided as decision support, based on the parameters entered by the user, who remains solely responsible for checking and using them. The publisher endeavours to keep the website and the portal available, without any guarantee of continuous availability.

Governing law

This notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the website or the software falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the publisher's registered office, subject to mandatory rules.
